To experience hTime as intended, connect your calendars. You can connect as many calendars as you like - there are no limits!
Bring Friends
For best results, invite your frequent collaborators to hTime. When everyone's calendars are connected, regardless of platform or timezone, finding the perfect time becomes a breeze. You can collaborate with as many people as you'd like; we don't cap that either.
Schedule
Simply tell hTime what your meeting is about, how long it should be, and who from your contacts you'd like to invite. Be as specific as you'd like and hTime will handle the rest.
Draft first or Schedule directly?
"Draft first" puts you behind the wheel. Pick the exact time you want to meet, the day, add or remove invitees. "Drafting" is scheduling as you know it, but with a bit more magic.
"Schedule directly" picks the best and soonest time and date for your meeting without compromising your availability preferences. Need that call with Jim scheduled ASAP? Done.
